The North-West region comprises the counties of Cumbria, Lancashire, Merseyside, Greater Manchester and Cheshire, is a region of approaching 7 million people.
The Green Party now has 17 primary authority councillors in the region, an increase of over 70% from six years ago. The 17 are made up of 12 from Lancaster, 2 from Liverpool, 1 from Oldham and 2 on Lancashire County Council; more details of these can be found on the respective local Party websites provided below.
